Now bend your left arm at the elbow and place your hand behind your head. bend from your waist to the right while sliding your right arm down your leg. Straighten to your original position in a controlled motion without any pauses. Do this about 20 times for each side.
Torso Twist – Another one of the muffin top exercises that works is the torso twist. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Gently turn at your waist from your left to right side keeping the movement of your hips to a minimum. Be careful not to twist too far and pull your waist muscles.
Bicycle crunches – Lay flat on the floor with both knees bent. Raise both feet off of the the floor until your thighs are parallel with the floor. crunch your upper body up allowing your shoulder blades to come off of the ground and slowly twist until your elbow touches the opposite knee. Slowly lower yourself and repeat on the other side.
